No visit would be complete without taking part in one of Kaanapali’s famous luaus. These special shows involve traditional Hawaiian music and hula dancing while guests feast on classic dishes like kalua pork, poi (mashed taro root) served with lomi salmon (salted salmon), and haupia (coconut pudding).
